Responsible use
Gambling should stay optional, affordable, and within limits you set in advance. We publish comparisons and educational context — we’re not here to push anyone to play, or to spend more than they can comfortably afford to lose.
Principles we endorse
- Keep it entertainment. Use a fixed budget. Don’t treat gambling as income, a way to “win back” losses, or a substitute for professional advice.
- Read the operator’s terms before you accept a bonus. Promotions can be valuable, but they also come with strings attached.
- Use deposit and time limits where they’re available. Take a break if play starts to feel compulsive, tense, or no longer voluntary.
- Don’t borrow money to gamble. And avoid mixing alcohol (or other impairments) with betting decisions.
If you need support
If gambling is creating stress, secrecy, conflict, or financial harm, you don’t have to handle it alone. Consider contacting a qualified counselor or a national helpline in your country. Getting support early is a sign of good judgment, not weakness.
